Ryan Cleland-Bogle

Ryan is the Founder of Tempting Ventures, a venture capital business investing exclusively in Search and Staffing firms, primarily in the US. TV’s portfolio covers Financial Services and STEM with offices globally.

Ryan’s first recruiting venture was in 2002 when he co-founded Carrington Fox, a financial markets recruiter. The business grew to 100 fee earners across New York, London, HK and Singapore by 2007. He exited in 2012.

In 2009, Ryan founded Lucas Love Healthcare, a private sector nursing agency in Ireland. LLHC sold to Bettercare Capital in 2016.

Prior to founding TV, Ryan was the CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur, the venture platform of a London based Private Equity firm. The business scaled to 130 people in 2.5 years, and Ryan originated, structured, and transacted on their most successful investments (including Walter James, which sold to ZRG in 2021).

Ryan graduated from The University of Edinburgh in 2000.
