Rob is the Chief Marketing Officer at Tempting Ventures and oversees the marketing functions and tech stacks for all its PortCos. Rob has vast experience building global marketing teams to support some of the fastest-growing recruitment and executive search brands.
Rob began his career in digital marketing and quickly established himself as the Digital Art Director of a global design studio based in London, where he worked with brands such as Voss Water, Nickelodeon & Remington.
Seeing an opportunity in the Recruitment and Executive Search space, Rob moved to Spencer Ogden, an energy recruitment business. He managed their brand, go-to-market strategy, and in-house marketing teams, which supported the company's growth to 13 global offices and 400+ headcount in 6 years.
Rob then moved to Harnham, a data and analytics specialist recruitment firm, to grow the brand in new industries such as Data Science and AI while also growing the company's business critical presence in the US and Europe.
Rob graduated from The University of Lincoln in 2007.
