Alicia Kelly

Ms. Alicia Kelly is joined Archer Search Partners after many distinguished years of internal recruitment experience working at leading hedge fund, Bridgewater. At Archer, Alicia is responsible for both search, as well as leading our Fractional HR suite of consulting services. She also plays a vital role in business development efforts and client relations.

Alicia most recently served as the Head of Corporate Development at Certuity, a Multi-Family Office and Registered Investment Advisory firm. She was responsible for building and promoting best-in-class organizational and developmental capabilities in pursuit of the national expansion of Certuity. She led strategic initiatives focused on talent acquisition, talent retention, full cycle human resources, and client development.

Alicia served as a Chief of Staff at Bridgewater Associates, a premier asset management firm focused on delivering unique insight and partnership for sophisticated global institutional investors. During her tenure at Bridgewater Associates, Ms. Kelly held critical roles across Executive Recruiting, Client Services & Marketing, and the Investment Research department.

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
